Top artists from Wairarapa and throughout the country as well as an array of celebrities have created Little Jewels, a collection of small canvases for Aratoi.

Little Jewels kicks off with a special gala preview evening at 6pm, next Friday.

The petite paintings are available for $100 each.

"This is a unique opportunity to grab some outstanding bargains and a wonderful and affordable way to start an art collections," Aratoi director Tracy Puklowski said.

All proceeds from the sale of the canvasses go to Aratoi.

Tickets for the gala evening are $10 each and are available from Aratoi's reception desk. The exhibition continues over the weekend of December 4 and 5.
