Large turnout for drags meeting | Wairarapa Sport | Surfing, Rugby, Soccer, Football, Cricket in Wairarapa

More than 3000 spectators and competitors turned up at Masterton's Hood aerodrome on Monday for the National Drag Racing pro-am qualifying series. The competition was held yesterday and featured mainly V8 cars.

The third and final meeting in the summer series will happen early next year and feature a jet car.
