Four Giants under 15 boys make Hutt Valley team

Four members of the Giants under-15 boys softball team will be playing on the representative scene this weekend.
Reno Pourau, Vinnie Aspinall, Jacob Elliott and Kieran Robinson have all been included in the Hutt Valley squad to compete in a tournament in Hawke's Bay.
The Giants President's grade team have drawn the bye in their Hutt Valley competition tomorrow, a situation which would normally be welcomed at this stage of the season. However, having had only the three matches to date in 2012 because of a mix of defaults and postponements the unbeaten Giants side is "chomping at the bit" for more action.
The two wins they secured last weekend will have the Giants premier threes in a confident frame of mind as they prepare to take on Johnsonville at Johnsonville tomorrow while the under-13 boys will confront Dodgers Minis at Fraser Park.
