Holiday (temporary) stops - If you wish to temporarily suspend your home deliveries, please phone the Customer Contact Centre on 06 370 0944. You will receive a credit / extension for the days you don't have the Wairarapa Times-Age delivered.
Donate your holiday (temporary) stops to NiE - Donate your holiday newspapers to our Newspapers in Education (NiE) programme and support your local schools! Every newspaper you donate to the NiE programme, the Wairarapa Times-Age will match this contribution with another newspaper. There is no extra charge for this community service.
Undelivered, damaged or wet papers - If your newspaper is damaged, wet or has not been delivered prior to the times listed below, give the Customer Contact Centre a call on 06 370 0944 and we will re-deliver your paper or give you a credit / extension on your account. If damaged or wet papers are an ongoing problem please let us know. Note: redeliveries are not available to our rural subscribers

- Deliveries to be completed by Mon-Fri 7.00am and Sat: 8.00am
- Redeliveries available until: Mon-Fri 11.00am and Sat: 10.00am
- Wairarapa Rural Areas:
- Deliveries are completed by your Rural Postie. Delivery times are the same as your mail.
Moving house - Inform us of your change of address and we will arrange for your Wairarapa Times-Age subscription to move with you. Allow two working days for processing.
Gift Subscriptions - A newspaper gift subscription is a great present. You can gift a subscription to start on a date you choose and we will provide you with a gift voucher to present to the recipient.
Back Copies - We keep a limited number of editions from the last 12 months, so if you need to get hold a back issue just give our Customer Contact Centre a call on 06 370 0944.
SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS MADE EASY
Account payments can be made by cash, cheque, EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa, at our local branch or posted to the address on your invoice.
Automated Credit Card Payment - We can charge your credit card automatically each time your subscription falls due. Your credit card details are immediately encrypted for your protection. Setting up payments is an easy as picking up the phone.
Direct Credit - Set up an easy online payment. Our details are: National Bank Account Number 06-0287-0590510-35. Include your Wairarapa Times-Age subscription account number in the reference field.
Direct Debit - Take all the hassle out of account payments by setting up a regular payment system through direct debit. It's easy and cost effective. Give our Customer Contact Centre a call on 06 370 0944 to request a form.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By agreeing to have Wairarapa Times-Age delivered to you, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Subscriptions to Wairarapa Times-Age continue until such time as you notify us to cease delivery, and you will be charged for all newspapers delivered up to the notification. Invoices will be sent at regular intervals as determined by your billing cycle.
The publishers of Wairarapa Times-Age, APN New Zealand Ltd (APNNZ) collect and hold personal information of all subscribers provided with each application at 108 Durham Street, Tauranga. The personal information about you will be used for administration purposes such as billing and delivery, and to contact you from time to time with information about other APN products and services including contact from other companies within the APN News & Media Limited group of companies.
Under the Privacy Act 1993 subscribers have rights of access to and correction of their personal information held by APN New Zealand Ltd by contacting Customer Contact Centre on 06 370 0944.
You agree to pay your account by the due date shown on your invoice/statement. If you dispute any content of your invoice/statement you will need to inform us within 21 days of the date of the invoice/statement. The undisputed part of the account is still payable. If you do not pay your account by the due date you may be liable for all costs of recovery and collection fees and we may refer your account to a third party collection agency.
You may be invoiced for days that Wairarapa Times-Age are not published (eg Good Friday and / or Christmas Day). You'll receive a credit for these on your next invoice.
We reserve the right to amend our prices or withdraw offers at any time. For in advance customers, price changes will take effect on renewal.
APN New Zealand Ltd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time.
